Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use wilhelmlabs.com or software made by Wilhelm Labs LLC ("Wilhelm Labs", "we", "us"), including our mobile and web products ("Services"). By using the Services, you agree to them. A product may have additional terms, which apply alongside these.
Using the Services
You may use the Services for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. Do not misuse them: for example, do not try to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to them, reverse engineer them except where the law allows, or use them to harm others.
Accounts
If you create an account, keep your login details secure and the information accurate. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can stop using the Services and delete your account at any time.
Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are governed by Apple's or Google's terms, including their refund policies. Purchases made directly with us are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel in your store account settings or by contacting us.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to provide the Services to you.
Our software
The Services, including their design, code and branding, belong to Wilhelm Labs. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them under these terms. Apps downloaded from the App Store are also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We do not promise they will be uninterrupted or error free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Wilhelm Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $50.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will change the effective date when we do. We may suspend or end access for anyone who violates them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
